Please note:

* Travel is charged at $1 per km from the CBD, this will be discussed when your booking is confirmed.
* Parking fee for hotels need to be paid to therapist/s on the day.
* If you have any type of discount voucher, it is essential we are notified at the time of booking.
* $150 deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking. We then need final guest numbers and payment 7days before the event.
Following this no refunds will be given.
* We accept Visa/ Mastercard or Internet transfer. Just let us know how you would like to pay.
