Please note:

* $150 deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking. We then need final guest numbers and payment 14 days before the event.
( Following this no refunds will be given, but an extra treat will be given to the guest of honour.)
* Travel fee may be charged for bookings over 10km from CBD..
* CBD bookings at hotels will require parking to be paid for .
* Public Holidays and any bookings starting before 8am or finishing after 10pm will attract a 20% surcharge
* We accept Visa/ Mastercard or Internet transfer. Just let us know how you would like to pay.
* For bookings made with less than 7 days notice, full payment is required at the time of booking.
